Ethical Dissonance: Practising Integrity in Fractured Systems

Ethical Dissonance: Practising Integrity in Fractured Systems

This set offers a space for practitioners grappling with the ache of misalignment — when institutional values and personal ethics diverge, and integrity feels hard to live. Together, we name what’s unnameable in our workplaces and explore how to stay present, principled, and whole in contexts that often pull us apart.

4-Week Course Outline

Mapping where and how we feel misaligned. Naming the personal cost of being asked to stay silent or compliant in ethically conflicted contexts.

Exploring the ways we rationalise, mask, or endure systemic contradictions — without blame, but with critical tenderness.

Looking at what it really means to live with integrity when systems are not built for wholeness. Small acts of refusal, clarity, and reclaiming ground.

Imagining forward — what does it mean to live ethically when the terrain is unstable? Crafting anchors, allies, and sustainable strategies for staying true.
